Eliza Oliver
Psychologist

Eliza is a warm and reflective Clinical Psychology Registrar who works with adults and adolescents presenting with a range of mental health concerns. She has a particular interest in trauma-related difficulties and works extensively with relationship issues, borderline personality disorder (BPD), trauma, eating disorders, PTSD, complex PTSD, emotional regulation difficulties, chronic pain, and issues related to self-esteem and identity. Eliza is interested in supporting those who feel stuck or in hard to shift patterns, as well as understanding the role of how our early life experiences impact our lives. 

Eliza draws on evidence-based approaches including EMDR, IFS, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Her work is collaborative and tailored, supporting clients to understand patterns underlying distress while developing practical strategies to improve day-to-day functioning. 

Eliza holds a Master of Psychology (Clinical), Bachelor of Psychological Sciences (Hons,1) and a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Drama, Hons). She is completing her PhD investigating novel treatment for psychological trauma at the University of Sydney.
